order to confirm your reservation, Coastal Spirits must receive
your deposit as specified on the tour page.
Deposit and payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank drafts and personal cheques.
The balance of your
payment is due 60 days prior to departure. At that time you
will receive a comprehensive information package including your
equipment list, waiver, medical form, maps etc.
Cancellation
policy:
Your notice received:
- More than 60 days prior to
departure, full refund minus deposit.
- 60- 45 days: 50% refund
- 45 days or less: no refund,
no refund also on last minute bookings.
- We strongly recommend trip
cancellation insurance in case you or a member of your family
become sick and must cancel the tour.
The insurance can be purchased at any travel agency, or
you can call Uniglobe Travel at (US and Canada) 1-800 778
8434.
The rate is usually 5-10% of the amount paid.
